AAC Month - Student Responses
AAC encompasses all of the ways that someone communicates besides talking. People of all ages can use AAC if they struggle with speech or language skills. Augmentative means to add to someone's speech. Our purpose is to showcase the diversity within our community, spread awareness and empathy for varying perspectives, and provide a starting place for hard conversations.
